  • COVID-19 UPDATE

    In the conditions of COVID-19, the team of hotel “Pliska” is ready to meet and ensure the safety of its guests in accordance with the viral situation. We have taken the following safety and health security measures:

    1. Check the body temperature with a non-contact thermometer of each guest upon entering the hotel, not allowing persons with a temperature above 37.3 ° C.

    2. Placing a disinfectant at the entrance of the hotel, restaurant, vestibules of the bathrooms, reception, elevator, at the entrance to the indoor pool, which is used at the entrance of each guest of the hotel.

    3. Placing a protective barrier at the reception, where up to 2 people or members of one family can be served. When staying in groups, guests must wait in front of the hotel to be gradually passed in for check-in. After each registration, the work surfaces are disinfected.

    4. In the restaurant, the staff makes sure that there are no crowds. The one-way flow of guests is provided by marking the floor to facilitate physical distance. The tables are arranged to provide a distance of not less 1,5m. between them. On a table must be seated up to 4 people or family members. The food on the buffet is presented behind a transparent partition and is served by an employee wearing a mask and gloves. After each meal, the restaurant area is disinfected.

    5. Drinks are offered at the hotel bar by an employee wearing a mask and gloves.

    6. The toilets, elevators, lock handles, railings, handles, telephones, and other frequently touched surfaces are disinfected every hour.

    7. When disinfecting hotel rooms, the main focus is on the bathrooms and all objects and surfaces that are often touched.

    8. Frequent disinfection is applied in the pool, locker rooms, fitness center, and places for public use.

    The hotel strictly follows the orders, instructions, and recommendations of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency, RHI, and WHO.
