• ALL INCLUSIVE:

  The All Inclusive board starts with lunch and ends with breakfast.

  Check-in – after 14:00h / Check-out – till 11:00h.

  In the main restaurant, buffet style:
  • breakfast 7:30 – 10:00h
  • lunch 12:30 – 14:00h
  • snacks 15:00 – 17:00h (street food, ice cream*)
  • dinner 18:00 – 21:00h The restaurants have the right to change the hours for the dinner with maximum 30 min.
  All Inclusive drinks 10:00 – 23:00h
  Ice cream 11:00 – 17:00h In the restaurants during lunch and dinner & by the snack bars or in close proximity.

  Imported beverages and all drinks served after 23:00h – extra charge.

  All Inclusive bar – cafe bar.

• During low occupancy periods, the meals may be on preselected menu by the hotels.
• The  provided by the hotels free sunbeds and umbrellas by the pools or on the beach  are subject to availability. The hotels do not guarantee umbrellas and sunbeds for each room!
• The hotels are obliged to strictly observe the anti-COVID measures applied of the Bulgarian government and Ministry of Healthcare and as a result some facilities and services maybe be restricted or limited as capacity during the contract execution and no claims or complaints shall be addressed on that matter.
• I would like to remind you that there are 2 regular beds and 1 or 2 extra beds in the Double or Twin rooms in  the hotels in Bulgaria. Generally, the extra bed may be extendable chair,  rollaway bed, or extendable sofa. The hotels give discount for the accommodation on extra bed. In order to avoid any problems, please make sure, that the tourists with bookings of 3 adults in DBL/TWIN are informed and they agree, that the 3rd adult will be accommodated on an extra bed.
